West seconded by Cr Wylds and carried — That a byelaw be mado m accordance with the draft deposited with the Council to provide for and regulate the use of stands m the streets for licensed vehicles and to prevent misconduct on the part of drivers, the same to be subject to amendment after publication. The Council received and granted an application from itself for a license for the Town Hall. No further business was done and the meeting adiourned.
