Laery & Campbell report that business continues good, and that thare are no alterations to note. First brands of flour continue to realise £8 15s to £9 ; fe*d wheat, 2s 6<l per bushel ; short feed oats, 2s 4d to 2s 6d ; discoloured 2s to 2s Id ; good samples of honey are worth 5d to s£d per lb ; jams, 5s 6d per doz. We have no alterations to report m butter, eggs, or poultry, neither of which are coining forward m such quantities as to alter the market. Cheese, 5d to s£d ; bacon and hams (m cloth), lOd and Is per lb ; but no alteration to report with regard to onions or potatoes. The horse market on Saturday may be said to have been satisfactory, although there was an absence of buyers for first-class stock, of which there was rather a large supply, and many had to be passed m.
