London, April 29. In the House of Commons last night, Lord Edumund Fitzmaurice, Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs announced that the Government had received a telegram from Sir Peter Lumsden, dated Sunday, April 26th, m which he stated that the Bussian troops were advancing up the valley of Murghab and had occupied Maruchak.
