London, April 23. The Standard this morning publishes a telegram from its special correspondent

with General Lumsden to the effect tha^ < the Bussian troops have occupied Meruchak, a position on the river Moorahab, twenty miles to the south of Panjdeh. No details, however, are given with regard to the occurrence.
