A. Bankruptcy Gazette gives th« following particulars relating to Tloore Rangiheua's bankrupty : — Liabilities, unsecured— T. P. Williams, £30 15s 6<l ; C, Honore, £27 3s lOcl ; M. Walsh, £1 ls;Thos. Ransfield, £70; D. Poole, £200 ; total, £349 3d. Assets—Eightyseventh share with other natives of land at Hitnatangi, £200 ; share of land with one huudred other natives at Opiki, £5 ; two cows, £5 ; horse, £4. ; total assets, £34 ; deficiency £315 4d. In. those few brief lines a very good tale is unfolded. The works on the No. 1 section of the Wellington-Manawatu Bailway having been completed, the engine, truck, and. van which had been employed thereon returned to Palmerston this afternoon. Tickets for the Eemenyi concert on Saturday evening can be procured, at Mr W. Park's. Mr Macarthur has been, returned unopposed to the Feilding rnayoral chair. We congratulate Mr Macarthur on the honour thus worthily conferred upon him. Messrs Bentley Bros., of Marlborough House, will have a startling announcement in to-morrow's issue. We regret to hear of the serious indisposition of Mrs Walkley.of the Commercial Hotel, who,having burst a bloodvessel, lies in a very weak and .aangerous state. Her condition gives her family considerable anxiety, but we hope to learn within the next day or two that favourable symptoms have maraifested , themselves, and that her recoveiry will be rapid and complete.
