No Entry will be received for any Race except upon thi3 condition, — That nil Disputos, Claims, and Objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of Stewards present,- or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this Programmo shall be final. All Entries to be Sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Pnlinerston North ; Entrance Money Enclosed with Name, Age at the time of Entry, Pedigree, mid, m enso the of Handicaps, Performances of tlie Horse, Name of the owner, and Colours of the Rider. Any Jockey riding except m the colours entered will be fined 3 soys. When two or more horses start (the property of the same owner) a Distinguishing Colour must be worn. All persons intending to withdraw horses, are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half-hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with tin's Rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys. to the Race Fund. All races to be run under the W.J.C. Rnles, Horses walking over will only receive half the Stakes. No horse to save its stakes m any race except where otherwise specified. No Entries or Nominations will be received under any pretence whatever after the time specified for I closing.
