(united press association.) Chuistchcjrch, April 27. In the Divorce Court to-day his Honor Mr Justice Johnston granted a decree . absolute m the case of Tole v. Tole and others. A rule nisi was granted m the oase of pmj^th y. Smith aad Murphy and Clifford^ (gi%re.apoudentß). The defendant had been of drunken habits before she committed adultery with the co-res-pundeuts.
