No Entry will be receiTed for any Race except upon this condition, — That all Disputes, Claims, and Objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of Stewards present, or those wliom they mtiy appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall- be final. . .
