He was also mulcted m costs of inquiry, amounting to £30. In the Supreme Court to-day, the case of the Bank of Australasia v. Mclntyre, claim for JsIOOO, was concluded. A verdict was given for defendant, with costs. The Invercargill Borough Councn to-night resolved, as the Harbor Board, to iutrpduc a Bill next session of Parliament for power to bor* row £50,000 for harbor improvements and reclamation.
