(Befor His Honour, Judge Rawson.) In the case of R. J. Baker Mr Hankins opposed the debtor's discharge on behalf of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company and also on behalf of the Deputy Assignee. Mr G. F. Hawkins appeared for the debtor. Discharge suspended for two years, debtor to pay costs of administration m the estate, and if paid.before the time order to be reconsidered. James Taylor— No appearance. Debtor to be summoned to appear by order of the Court on next Court day. Mr Johnston for debtor. C. Seigle (public examination). No questions put excepting one from Official Assignee, for information re wages stated to be owing the debtor as m assets. • George Marsh — Mr J. H. Hanking for debtor, who pleaded inability to attend through distance and want f of money to pay expenses. Also unable to pbtain work, and had a wife and child to sun port. v Order granted. F.
