Wesleyan Choir.

At a meeting of the members of the Wesleyan Choir last night, the Eev. Mr Bunn m the chair, the resignation of the Choir Master Mr S. C. Hartley, was considered and after a lengthy discussion itwas unanimously agreed — That, as the grounds upon, wich the resignation was signed arose -merely from a misunderstanding of the true state of matters, the Chairman should interview Mr Hartley upon the subject, with a view to the withdrawal of his resignation.. Accord ingly Mr Hartley under the circumstances has consented to continue, as choir-, master as hitherto. Miss Leary's resignation as organist was accepted and a vote of thanks accorded her, and the appointment of Miss Mowlem m her stead confirmed.
