(keuters' telegrams.) Pauis, April 8. s A Telegram has been received from M. Patenotre,French Minister m China, announcing that the Chinese Government have ratified the conditions of peace with France drawn np by him. M. Boiss«m, the now Premier, declared last night m the Chamber of Deputies that the Government would insist on the fulfilment of the treaty of Tientsin, and failing a satsfactory result to the negotiations now m progress, the war be vigorously prosecuted. A balanceoredit of 200,000,000 francs for tho military expeuditure -m Tbnqiiiu, towards which . 50,000,000 nad been already voted, was passed by the Chamber of Deputies last night.
