(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH — COPYRIGTH.) (REUTER'S TELEGRAMS.) Bombay, April 8. Earl Dufferin held a durbar to-day ai Rawai Pindi. The ceremony was of a splendid character and was largely attended by the influential natives aud princes. The Ameer of Afghanistan made a speech m which he expressed his gratitude to tbo Queen for her favors and. stated that Afghan would join, firmly with the British m resisting any external onotuy.
