London, March 16. Consols are quoted at 97£. New Zealand securities — 5 per cent. 10-40 loan, 10U, ex div ; 4£ per cent. 1889-1904 loau ~ 101£ ; 4 per cent, inscribed stock, 98. The market rate of discount remains at 3f , bank rate 4 per cent. Colonial breadstuffs and tallow are unchanged.
