London, March 5. Earl Wemyess, has given notice m the House of Lords, of a motion, for the adoption ot an address to the Queen, thanking Her Majesty for accepting the loyal offer of New South Wales, expressing satisfaction with similar offers irom the other colonies, and hoping these will be accepted at the right time.
