Assessment Court.
THIS. DAY. (Before R. Ward, Esq., R.M.) A sitting of the Court was held for the purpose of revising the Valuation List. Oh the application of Mr R.N. Keeling who deposed that the Valuation List had been properly left open for inspection and notices sent to all necessary parties pursuant to the Rating Act, the following applications were dealt with. Application of Otto Christopherson who objected to valuation upon his property. No appearance oi objector. Struck out. On the application of Mr R. N. Reeling certain names ' on . the list were changed by consent to Jas. Linton, Ed. Jones, J. T. Stewart, Wm. Smith, Ed. Powell, Jas. King, Robert Allingham, Thos. Hall, • Ignez Shramgker, Thos. Sutton, Jno. Lucas, Manawatu Permanent Building Society, Jas. Fenton, and J. J. Waldegrave.
