No Entry will be received for any Races except upon this condition, — That all Disputes, Claims, and Objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. When two or more horses start (the property of the same owner) a'Distinguishing Colour must be worn. ; All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give Notice to that effect to the. Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half-hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this Rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys. to the Race Fund. All races to be run under the W.J.C. Rules. Horses walking over will only receive hall' the; Stakes. No horse to save its slakes m any Tace oxccjpt where otherwise specified.
