Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this Rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys. to the Race Fund. All races to be run under the W.J.C. Rules. Horses walking over will only receive half the Stakes. No horse to save its stakes m any race except where otherwise specified. AU entries and nominations must be m the hands of the Secretary at the time and plsice as advertised, accompanied by the amount of nominations and entrance money. Post, marks will not' be nceived under any pretence whatever aud nominations unpaid at the time of the due date of weights will be struck out of the list.' No Qualification Fee required.
