Hack Race of 10 soys ; once round the course; post entrance 1 soy.;; for all horses that have never won public money, hack races, excepted ; weight not to be ' less than 9st. The winner to be offered for sale by public auction immediately after the race, and any sum realised over £20 to go to the funds of the Club ; Jockeys' 1 to ride m colors. To start at 1.15 p.m. 5. The Palmerston Guineas, a handicap of 100 guineas ; nomination 1 soy, acceptance 2 soys; distance If miles ; the winner of any race of 100 soys after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 51b, of £150 a penalty of 71b.
