MR FULTON'S NEW ZEALAND CONTINGENT.

Mr F., Fulton,, who recently forwarded to his Excellency the Governor an offer to raise and equs>, with the assistance ot friends "m GDutfedih," a corps for dcs--patch to the Soudan, this, morning received the following reply from his Excellency: — : "Christchurch, February SJtfthV' fS&5* 11.50 ahn. Received your telegram yesterday afternoon. Appreciate highly the* loyalty of yourself and all concerned.^ X cannot reply, however, until I have obtained the opinion of my Ministers. — W. F. D. Jervois." In the meantime Mr Fulton is busily, m enlisting recruits, and has met with great success.,
