Entries and Acceptances close on Monday, 30th March, at 9 p.m. : RULES AND REGULATIONS.. No Entry will be : received 'for 'any Races except upon this condition, —That all Disputes; Claims, and Objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present^ or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final. . All Entries to be Sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Palmerston North ; Eutranco Money enclosed with name, Age at the time of Entry, Pedigree, and, m the cas^ of Handicaps, Performances of the Hoise, Name of the owner, and Colours of the Rider. Any Jockey riding ixcept m the colours entered will be fined 3 soys. When two or more horses start (the property of- the same owner) a Distinguishing Colour must be worn. All persons intending to withdraw hoises are required to give Notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half-hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this Rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys. to the Race Fund. All races to be run under the W.J.C. Rules. Hors s walking over will ouly receive half the Stakes. No horse to save its stukes m any race except where otherwise' specified. AH entries and nominations must be m the bands' of the Secretary at the time and place as advertised, accompanied by the amount of nominations and entrance money.
