No Entry will be received for any Baces except upon this condition, — Time nil Disputes, Clairiyg, and 'Objections arising out of the racing shall he decided iy a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. All Entries to be Sealed and. addressed to the Secretaryj Pulmefsfou North ; Entrance Money enclosed with name, Age at the time of Entry, Pedigree, and, m the case of Handicaps, Performances of tho Hoise, Name of the owner, and Colours of the Rider, j Any Jockey riding except* hi the colours , entered will be fined 3 soys. j When two or more horses start (the j property of the same owner), a Distinguishing Colour mu^t be worn. All persons intending to withdraw hoises are required to give Notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half-hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to with this Rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys. to the Race Fund. All races to be run under, the W.J.C. Rules. Horses walking over will only receive half the Stakes. No horse to save its stakes m any race except where otherwise specified. All entries and nominations must be m the bands of the Secretary at the time and place as advertised, accompanied by the amount of nominations and entrance money. Post ina'rfefqyill not be received under auy pretence whatever and nominations unpaid at the time of the due date of weights will be struck out of the list. - . No Qualification Fee" required .
