MESSRS STEVENS & GORTON'S RAM AND SHEEP FAIR.

To-morrow Messrs Stevens and Gorton will hold their annual ram and sheep fair at Bulls, which will commence at 1 p.m. sharp. The catalogue appears else where, from which it will be seen that tho sheep to be offered will represent stock fromf ome of the best breeders m tho district. Among those we may mention the names of Messrs F. 13. Lark wqrthy, J. G. Wilson, K. Head, R. P. Flood, Uetcmcycr, L. C. Richards, G, C. Wheelor, \V. Pearson (Canterbury), T. Newman, Mis Willis, Bir W. Fox, and others. There will be offered purebred Lincoln rams, Uoinney Marsh rams, Merino rams, Lincoln ram and ewo lambs, Lincoln ewes, Romney Marsh ewes and iambs, besides wethers, wether lambs, lambs m wool, fat ewes and wethers, breeding ewes, &c., &<:,' altogether an immense catalogue. The sale will probably attract a very large attendance, and it is expected will be m all respects even a greatei success than that of last year. A special auctioneer's note Bnys .this is entirely a sheep sale. No cattle or- horses will be taken, and it is requested that vendors wishing td race their sheep will come as curly as posr sible. The yards will be open forrecen* tion of sheep at daylight.
