THE OFFER OF NEW SOUTH WALES.
London, Feb. 15. The Observer^ a newspaper, to-day - states, that it has been decided to accept the offer of New South Wales troops for Soudan, and it is expected the Queen will personally indicate her high estimation of the generous offer of the Colony.
