We append the programme m brief that has. been prepared for the Easter Monday race meeting at Palmerston to be hold this year instead of the usual Queen's Birthday Meeting: — Handicap Hurdle Race, 35sovs ; Hack Hurdle Race, IOsovb; Maiden Plate, 25sovs; Hack Bace, lOsovs; Palmerston Guineas, 105sovs ; Pony Eace, ssovs ; Handicap Hack Race, 10 soys ; Flying: Handicap, 40sovs ; Officials Race, lOsovs. It will be seen that a capital programme has ; |)een prepared, and substantial prize itioney will be offered. With the known and recognized merits of the Palmerston Race Course and appointments, a very successful meeting may be looked forward to.
