Present — Messrs A. S. Bentley, King (2), Dr Macintiie and Mr Pratt m the chair. Decided to hold meeting on Easter Monday instead of 24th May. A liberal programme to bo arranged. Big money race for i'lOOj several Hack Races, Flying Handicap, Maiden, Handicap Hurdles, Pony Race, and wind up with official race, each official not riding m the race to forfeit to the club the sum of 10s.
