O'DONOVAN ROSBA MORTALLY WOUNDED. FURTHER PRECAUTIONS IN LONDON. (electric telegraph. — copymght) (RUJTKII'S TKLEGUAHS.) IjOndov, Feb. 3. The case o£ o' Donovan Rossa is considered hopeless. Rossa asserts that the woman had complained to him that the recent dynamite explosions m England had proved harmless, she desiring that people should be killed, and for the futherance of this object offered him her purse. Further precautions against dynamite outrages have been taken here. New Yobk, Feb. 4. The partisans of O'Dono van Rossa stigmatise the woman Dudley as a British emmisary sent to take Rossa's life.
