It is stated that an agrecmsnt has been concluded between the British and Italian Governments under which Italy will help England to establish a Government m Soudan, and will occupy Massowah and perhaps Suakim. Adelaide, Feb. 5. Arrived — Orient, R.M.S., Iberia, from Plymouth, December 29. Giro, Fob. 4. Colonel Freemantle, commanding the troops at Suakim, telegraphs to head - quarters that the officor m command of the force of Hussars and Egyptians which made the recent sortie upon und burnt Haudoub exceeded his instructions. Romk, Feb. 4. The second Italian expedition destined for Massowah m the Bed Sea, will leave Naples on Sunday next. ■
