Mr F. Coxon, manager m New' Zealand for tho Haslam Foundry Company, Derby, has received advices that the linn he represents have purchased all rights of tho Bell-Coleman Cotripany, who are further bouud not to enter the trade again. Yesterday the two Chriatchurch Fire Brigades, together with the Napier, Masterton, and New Plymouth repreBentativos,held a church parade,upwards of fifty being present. Auckland, Feb. 2. The annual accounts of the Harbor Board show the' net revenue to be £41,682. At the anuual meeting of the Auckland Gas Company, the year's profits were stated at £15,667. Tho Company intend extending the gas to Ouehuuga shortly.
