A misprint occurred m our report of the District Court proceedings m yesterday'^ issue, which we hasten to correct. It occurred m the report of the argument between counsel re Pond and Brazier's matter. It was not Mr J. 11. Hankins.but Mr G. F. Hawkins who said that the matter had been brought before the court m its anomalous form through the crass ignorance of the bankrupt'^ solicitor. , _._■... We have received a Press Association report of the Premier's speech at' Nelson last evening. There is nothing new or interesting m it,, so that, we will spare our readers the infliction. The message has not been well transmitted, and m many places is unintelligible. When a fuller and more complete report comes to hand we may give some of the salient points of the Ministerial, deliverance.
