He went off with a lead ot a few laps, but iv six hours' Scott passed him. ,' Hancock kept up well for twelve hours, when they had done about fifty-eight miles, with Hancock three-quactera of a mile be-hind.-but he fell off afterwards. Scott, equalled his bes't'pi'eviba^ record, and was m no way pushed or distressed.
