Land Sale.

The estiite ;tb be subdivided is part of the-.Rangatira Block, compris- ' ing the Hunterville township extension, and a large number of rural and suburban sections,: varying, from 5 to; 330 acres, the town sections from £to 3 acres. All the sections have frontages to well-graded roads some'of which are formed and are now heing metalled; others will be shortly, cleared one ohain I wide. The Main Think Railway from Wellington to Auckland passes, through the entire length of this. Block, as also.the Marton-Otarnakapua-Murimotu Road. The bush f on the Hunterville township extension has been cleared ready for burning, the I purchasers will thereforo be able to propoed, with the erection of their buildings directly after the sale. The whole of the rural and suburban sections are. covered with forest, the principal trees being tftwa, WTOU, rata, and l patches of fine totara suitably for milling, purposes. The undergrowth is as a rujp light, and the general character of the soij is pf splendid quality. A stfw-mill will shortly be erected on the block.
