The estiite ;tb be subdivided is part of the-.Rangatira Block, compris- ' ing the Hunterville township extension, and a large number of rural and suburban sections,: varying, from 5 to; 330 acres, the town sections from £to 3 acres. All the sections have frontages to well-graded roads some'of which are formed and are now heing metalled; others will be shortly, cleared one ohain I wide. The Main Think Railway from Wellington to Auckland passes, through the entire length of this. Block, as also.the Marton-Otarnakapua-Murimotu Road.
