BURGLARY. . • Eobert Lawless, charged with break- ■ ing, entering, and stealing from a dwel- ; ling-house goods to the value of £8, was committed for trial at the next sitting of the Supreme Court, Wanganui. On a 1 charge of larceny of stirrup leathers from the rear of the dwelling, he was sentenced : to two months' with hard labor.
