A Brig Ashore.

(united prkss association.) , Helensville, Jan. 3. The brig Annabel is ashore on the Tory Shoal, off Kaipara Heads. She was coming m yesterday afternoon with a south-east wind, and missed Stays, and went on the shoal just at sundown.
