Stratford,haß just completed the manufacture ot>a tandem dog-cart, made to the order of \\x H. T. Akers of the Club Hotel. Thetehicle is a creditable specimen of ' the ciiclibuildCr's art. It is silver mounted on all points and trimmed with black mot^cco leather ; has very high wheels and is fitted/ with skeleton seat,, a<d painted avvery dark brown picked out with faint bl«e lhies. The whole if finished m the most modern style and comfortably fittad throughout.
