t ' m (FKITJED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Woodville, This Day. The Dairy Factory which has been established here for 400 cows began operations this morning. Auckland, This Day. Mr J. S. Gibbons' sawmill, Waiuku, was burnt down yesterday. Insured for £800. Christchuboh, Dec. 23. This evening a man 30 years old, named William C. Kidmann, committed suicide by cutting his throat at the Royal Gorge Hotel. He had been drinking heavily last week. Wellington Dec. 23. An old colonist named Joseph Milstead, who for. a long time has been messenger to the Minister for Publio Works, did to-day.
