NOTICE is hereby given that m accordance with Sections 49 and 50 of the Roads and Bridges Construction Act, 1882, that the Manawatu Road Board propose to construct the road known as " Middle Oarangi Line," and that the estimaced cost of the part for which a special rate over certain properties adjoining the above Road now required is Seveutu6ni j Hundred and Fifty Pounds (£1750;. I The yearly payment required to be paid thereon is One Hundred and Fifty-seven Pounds ten shillings (£157 10s), and the amount of special rate required to meet such pay- ! ment is 2d m the £ annually on the rateable value of the following Sections adjoining the above mentioned Road, viz : — Sections: Middle Oarangi 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, ! 12, 6a, 8, and 9. Upper Oarangi 1, 2, <J, 4. 5,-6,7, 8,9, 10h. 11, lla, lie, 12,13,14,15,16,17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24a, 25, 26, 26a, 27, 28, 29,: 30,8, Bb, 10, lib. . The plans, specifications, and deitailed estimates of the above proposed, awork may be seen at the Road Board Office, Palmerscon North,during Office hours.
