PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Manchester iioad Board proposes to construct the undermentioned Bridge within the Manchester Road District, under the provisions of the Roads and Bridges Construction Act, 1882, and Amendment Act, 1883 :— 1. The Manawatu Gorge Bridge, the estimated cost of which is £3529 8s 9d. 2. The amount of payment required on the above is £88 4s 7d annually for ten years, and tbe amount of Special Rute required to meet this is an Annual Rate of onethird of a penny m the £ on all property within the boundaries of No. 6 Ward, Manchester Road District. S. The plane, specifications, and detailed estimates of the cost of the proposed work ! may be seen at the Office of the Manchester Road Board during ordinary office hours. 4.
