Electric Light from the Seine.
Tub municipal council of Rouen are about to use the current of tho Seine to drive a set of dynamo-electric machines, which will supply current to maintain ?- powerful electric lamp placed on the tower of the cathedral, and having it 3 rays reflected downwards on the city.
