The Waring Taylor Case.

At the adjourned hearing to-day a witness' Ai-undel deposed that Taylor had- admitted >to him that he had made use* df the shares belonging' to the May trust to satisfy the Rhodes estaiSe, and begged forbearance, us lie had quaarelled, with his co-trustees m tne Rhodes estate wholiad "iuraped upon " him. The accused was committed for trial, and bail demanded m two sureties of sgIOOO each and accused m £1000. There are ten further charges pending.
