INo Entry will be received for any Races except upon this condition, — That all Disputes, Claims, and Objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those Whom' they may appoint. All persons intending to withdraw hoises are required to give Notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half- hour before starting.
