FRANCE AND CHINA

(reuter's telegrams.) .London, Nov. 11. • The persistent rumors regarding the parleying which it is alleged is now proceeding between France and China is daily gaining credence and it is now further stated that the French Government will forego its demand for indemnity on account of the Langson affair m order that a pacific settlement of the* Tonquin difficulty may be arranged at once.
