Tn our advertising columns is published a notification from Mr J, W. A. Marchant, Commissioaer for Crown Lands for the Wellington provincial district, giving particulars regarding tenders for tHe lease of thirty Becfcions of land m the Forty Itfile Bush, Wairarapa. The lease will have a currency of thirty yearsy with perpetual right of renewal, and a lessee may acquire the fee simple at the end of thirty years on payment of the sum fixed at toe time the lease was granted— provided that he has made the required improvements. The right. of purchase must he\exer^, cised not later than eleven years from, the commencement of the lease.
