Henrx Courmcaux, who was specially sent to the Melbourne 'ExTiibitiou from, the woollen : manufacturing district m France for the pirp'ose. He declares that '} every prticle manufactured by that company is superior to any' other Australian woollen goods 1 saw at the Exhibition" and he thinks that " the Mosgiel Factory mill take first rank in'the Aiistralian markets Over all European importations."
