The sale will take place on Wednesday next, commencing at 1 p.m. which will be immediately on arrival of the train which leaves Palmerston at 12.35, and pei'sous attending the sale can return by the train which passes Earero station at 5.1 5 p.m. As will be seen thejjatalogue is an exceptionally numerous one, comprising beef, forward steers, dairy and springing cows, nearly pure-bred Hereford bulls and heifers, calves, pure-bred imported bull, draught and trap horses, hacks, implements &c. Mr Snelson deserves every credit and encouragement for his enterprise m establishing sales at Karere, and as much on his behalf as m the interests of the district we trust his anticipations with regard to his latest venture will be fully realized. There will probably be a large attendance at the sale from all parts of the district, and it is to be hoped it will be held under the most favorable auspices, aB regards weather &c, that, could be wished for.
