We learn that a deputation of members (including our district representative) will wait upon the Minister for Public Works within the next few days m order to have the terminus of the Napier line formally altered from Bunnythorpe to Palmerston. If they are unsuccessful m their application the matter will be brought before the House, and the necessary alteration made m the designation of the line hitherto known as Woodville-Bunny-thorpe. That the terminus will be Palmerston instead of Bunnythorpe is absolutely certain, and our Member will not rest satisfied until the formal ratification of the alteration has, been .'officially placed on record. The change will be officially announced m due course.
