f Special to the Standard J [by c vble.J London, Oct. 20. The Finance Committee have reported favorably on the Recidiviste Bill which was referred to them by the Senate for consideration. No allotments of shares have yet been made in the Perth Land Agency Company. The Agents-General of the several colonies have as yet settled nothing amongst themselves as to the approaching interview with Lord Derby, they are now finally consulting their respective Governments.
