Special Services.

To-morrow the Friendly Societies will meet at the Foresters' Hall at 10.15 a.m. They will there arrange a procession of the varions orders (wearing partial insignia) and proceed to the Wesleyan Church where special services will be conducted on their behalf. The Rev. Mr Buno will ; preach a sermon haying a direct bearing on the benefits accruing to members: of Friendly Societies, and the choir will render appropriate music under Mr Hartley's leadership. There should be a lar*o attendance at the church. We believ'6 the services will be very impressive, and trust' it will have the effect of binding the different bodies m closer union.
