Dairy Factory.
At a meeting of the directors of the abof e company held yesterday it was resolved that m future the directors meet on ove*ry Thursday. ■It was alto decided to pave the yards adjoining the piggeries with 'concrete also to erect a xhed for the milk carts &c. Resolved — That the share certificcates be issued to the shareholders upon their applying for same and I paving the sum of one shilling. The Secretary was authorized to take legal proceedings against all defaulting shareholders.
