Storm and Floods at Nelson.
' (UMITKD PREBB ASSOCIATION.) Nelson, Sept. 27. A. heavy rain storm, accompanied i/bj thunder and lightning, passed over xhe city this morning. All the lower parts of the city were flooded, Hlreams of water several inches deep running through the hmises. It lias been the - heaviest storm known for years.
